Administrative staff
We have a large team of administrative staff, responsible for all aspects of the practice's day-to-day running and development.
Reception team
The reception team are the people you speak to when you phone to make an appointment or request a repeat prescription. They also provide our front desk and repeat prescriptions services.
They are: Claire, Geraldine, Grace, Joseph, Julie (Team Leader), Juney, Rabeka, Rachel, Su-Gwan and Tamsyn.
Support team
The support team are responsible for calling in people for some reviews and procedures (e.g. annual reviews for diabetes or heart disease), processing test results, dealing with requests for reports, forms and examinations, registering new patients, medical records, typing of referral letters and dealing with incoming post. They also provide our telephone results service.
They are: Anne, Caroline, Dina, Heather, Jan, Jan, Jean and Sue (Team Leader).
