How to register
Our practice area
We take new patients from some parts of:
- Rusholme
- Victoria Park
- Fallowfield and
- the City Centre
including student halls of residence.
If you are thinking about registering with us, please phone our receptionist to check whether you live inside our practice area. If you do not live in our area you can contact NHS Manchester on 0161 237 2239 for information and help to find a GP.
Temporary patients
If you are a UK resident and you will be living in our practice area for less than 6 months, you can be treated as a 'temporary patient'.
Regular NHS care is available to UK residents only. If you are not usually resident in the UK then we can provide emergency care only.
How to apply to register
Please note
New patients are strongly advised to phone the practice to check whether their address is within our practice area. Once this is confirmed, you can apply:

By post or fax
- Print off and complete the Patient Registration Form (PDF 48KB)
- Make sure the form is signed
- Post or fax the form to us (if posting, include your medical card if you have it)
- If we cannot register you (e.g. if you live outside our practice area) we will contact you to let you know

At the health centre
You can apply to register at our reception during opening hours. Please bring your Medical Card, if possible, as this will help to trace your medical records.
Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer online registration as NHS rules require a signature on the registration form.
