How to register
Our practice area
We take new patients from some parts of:
- Rusholme
- Victoria Park
- Fallowfield and
- the City Centre
including student halls of residence.
If you are thinking about registering with us, please phone our receptionist to check whether you live inside our practice area. If you do not live in our area you can contact Manchester Primary Care Trust on 0161 237 2239 for information and help to find a GP.
Temporary patients
If you will be living in our practice area for less than 3 months, you can be treated as a 'temporary patient'.

Please note
New patients are strongly advised to phone the practice to check whether their address is within our practice area. Once this is confirmed, you can apply:

- Print off the Patient Registration Form (PDF 48KB)
- Complete, sign and return the form to:

- Make sure the form is signed
- If we cannot register you (e.g. if you live outside our practice area) we will contact you to let you know.

At the health centre
You can apply to register at our reception during opening hours. Please bring your Medical Card, if possible, as this will help to trace your medical records.

At student halls of residence
We make special arrangements with some halls of residence to register new patients on site during Freshers' Week. Students should enquire at their hall's office.
Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept online registrations as NHS rules require a signature on the registration form.
